Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 30, 2026

Elite Workforce Group LLC (“Elite Workforce Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the What Should I Say? mobile application (“App”).

This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how that information is used, when it may be shared with service providers, and the choices available to users.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When using What Should I Say?, you may provide information such as:

  • The situation or conversation you want help with

  • The person or type of person you are communicating with

  • Your preferred communication format, such as text, email, work chat, direct message, letter, or in-person script

  • Your preferred tone

  • Messages or responses you choose to save

The App may process free-form text that you voluntarily enter. Because users control what they type, this text may sometimes contain personal or sensitive information.

Please avoid entering information that is not necessary to receive writing assistance.

Account Information

Creating an account is optional for core writing functionality.

If you create an account, we collect and process information necessary to provide account services, including:

  • Email address

  • User account identifier

  • Authentication information handled by our authentication provider

  • Responses you choose to save to your account

We do not receive or store your password in readable form.

Technical Information

Our service providers may automatically process limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the App, such as device, network, request, security, or diagnostic information.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Generate suggested wording and responses

  • Provide different communication formats and tones

  • Allow users to save and retrieve responses

  • Create and authenticate optional user accounts

  • Send account confirmation and password-reset emails

  • Protect the App from abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability of the App

  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell personal information.

We do not use personal information for third-party behavioral advertising.

3. Artificial Intelligence Processing

What Should I Say? uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested responses.

When you request a response, information necessary to fulfill the request may be securely transmitted through our server infrastructure to OpenAI, our artificial intelligence service provider.

This may include:

  • The situation you entered

  • Recipient type

  • Communication format

  • Selected tone

  • Information needed to generate or revise the requested response

OpenAI states that data submitted through its API is not used to train or improve its models by default unless the API customer explicitly opts in.

OpenAI may retain certain API request and response information for a limited period for abuse monitoring, security, legal compliance, and, depending on API configuration, application-state purposes.

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or unsuitable for a particular situation. Users should review responses before using or sending them.

4. Saved Responses and Account Data

Authenticated users may choose to save responses to their account.

Saved account information and responses are stored using Supabase, which provides authentication and database infrastructure for the App.

Users who continue without creating an account may have certain information stored locally on their device or within the application environment instead of being associated with a cloud account.

We do not intentionally save every message you generate to your cloud account. Cloud saving occurs when the applicable feature requires or allows information to be saved.

5. Email Communications

We use Resend and related infrastructure to deliver transactional emails such as:

  • Account confirmation emails

  • Password-reset emails

  • Other account-related communications

Transactional email providers may process email addresses, delivery information, and email-related logs as necessary to deliver and secure those messages.

We do not use account-authentication emails for unrelated advertising without appropriate consent.

6. Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to operate the App, including:

  • OpenAI — artificial intelligence response generation

  • Supabase — authentication and database services

  • Vercel — backend hosting and server infrastructure

  • Resend — transactional email delivery

  • Apple — application distribution and related platform services for iOS users

These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their respective services and are subject to their own privacy and security practices.

7. Data Retention

We retain account information and saved responses for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, unless you delete the information or your account or a longer retention period is required by law.

When an account is deleted through the App, the associated user account and cloud-saved responses connected to that account are scheduled for or subject to deletion from our active application database.

Third-party service providers may maintain limited records for their own security, fraud prevention, backup, legal, or compliance purposes in accordance with their policies.

8. Account Deletion

Users who create an account may delete their account directly within the App.

To delete an account:

  1. Open Account & Privacy

  2. Select Delete Account

  3. Confirm the deletion request

Deleting an account removes the account from our active authentication system and deletes cloud-saved responses associated with that account from our application database.

Account deletion cannot be undone.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information, including secure network transmission, authenticated database access, restricted server-side credentials, and access controls.

However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Your Choices

Depending on how you use the App, you may:

  • Use core writing functionality without creating an account

  • Choose whether to save a response

  • Sign out of your account

  • Delete your account within the App

  • Avoid entering unnecessary personal or sensitive information

  • Contact us with privacy questions

11. Children’s Privacy

What Should I Say? is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that information from a child under 13 has been collected in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

12. International Users

Our service providers may process information in the United States or other jurisdictions where they operate.

If you access the App from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions whose data-protection laws differ from those in your location.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When changes are made, we may update the effective date above and provide additional notice when required by law.
