These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the What Should I Say? mobile application (“App”), operated by Elite Workforce Group LLC (“Elite Workforce Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the App Does

What Should I Say? is an AI-assisted writing tool designed to help users draft and revise communications such as:

  • Text messages

  • Emails

  • Direct messages

  • Work chats

  • Social media replies

  • Letters

  • In-person conversation scripts

Users may provide information about a situation, recipient, communication format, and desired tone. The App then generates suggested wording.

2. AI-Generated Content

Responses generated by the App are produced with artificial intelligence.

AI-generated content may:

  • Contain errors

  • Misunderstand context

  • Omit important information

  • Use wording that is inappropriate for a particular situation

  • Produce results that differ from what you expected

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any generated content.

Do not rely on the App as the sole basis for an important decision.

3. No Professional Advice

What Should I Say? provides writing assistance only.

The App does not provide legal, medical, mental-health, financial, tax, employment, safety, crisis-intervention, or other professional advice.

Generated responses should not be treated as advice from a licensed professional.

If a situation requires professional assistance, consult an appropriately qualified professional.

4. Accounts

You may use certain core features without creating an account.

Some features, including cloud-based saved responses, may require an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information

  • Maintaining the security of your account

  • Protecting access to your email account and device

  • Notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised

You may delete your account from within the App.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Violate applicable law

  • Threaten, harass, exploit, or intentionally harm another person

  • Impersonate another person for fraudulent purposes

  • Facilitate fraud, deception, or unauthorized access

  • Distribute malware or malicious code

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the App

  • Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to our systems

  • Circumvent usage limits or security protections

  • Use automated means to abuse or overload the service

  • Use the App in a manner prohibited by applicable third-party service-provider policies

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the App, our service providers, or others.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the information you submit to the App and of content to which you otherwise hold rights.

You grant us a limited right to process your submitted content solely as necessary to:

  • Operate the App

  • Generate requested responses

  • Provide saving and account features

  • Maintain security

  • Comply with applicable law

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit any information you provide.

7. Generated Responses

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use, copy, edit, or share responses generated for you through the App.

Because artificial intelligence can produce similar output for different users, generated content may not be unique.

We do not guarantee that generated responses are original, non-infringing, accurate, or appropriate for every use.

8. Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of the App.

We do not guarantee that the App will:

  • Always be available

  • Operate without interruption

  • Be free of errors

  • Generate a particular type or quality of response

  • Remain compatible with every device or operating system

Third-party outages or service changes may also affect availability.

9. Paid Features and Subscriptions

If paid features or subscriptions are offered in the future, applicable prices, billing terms, renewal terms, and cancellation information will be presented before purchase.

Purchases made through Apple may also be subject to Apple’s applicable purchase and subscription terms.

10. Intellectual Property

The App, including its branding, design, software, logos, and original content supplied by Elite Workforce Group LLC, is owned by or licensed to Elite Workforce Group LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or our intellectual property to you.

11. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services, which may include providers of artificial intelligence, hosting, authentication, databases, email delivery, and mobile distribution.

Your use of those services may also be affected by their applicable terms and policies.

We are not responsible for service interruptions or changes caused solely by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no guarantee that generated content will be accurate, complete, suitable, error-free, or appropriate for your circumstances.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elite Workforce Group LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.

You remain responsible for communications you choose to send, publish, or use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of:

  • Material violations of these Terms

  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity

  • Abuse of the service

  • Security concerns

  • Legal requirements

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
